My background
I have supported leadership teams and organizations in France and internationally for over 20 years, working on complex transformations with strong human stakes.
In 2021, I founded Change Angels to serve clients who seek high-quality advisory and care about how consulting is delivered. façon de faire du conseil.
In 2022, I began an Executive Masters in Change at INSEAD, where I discovered systems psychodynamics. My thesis focuses on French leadership and its ability to re-engage employees post-COVID. It is also the foundation of the book I am writing in 2025: “Organizations as Living Systems: cultivating a healthy social body and a sound mind
The interviews conducted for my thesis led me to train in coaching. At the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations in London, I trained in both individual and team coaching for executives. This new practice allows me to go deeper into the underlying dynamics at play at the highest levels.
In 2025, I obtained my professional trainer certification, building on an ongoing activity: since 2021, I have trained hundreds of managers and leaders in France and internationally on topics related to change, management, and HR fundamentals.
