My Coaching practice
The Executive Masters at INSEAD introduced me to systems psychodynamics, a discipline I chose to deepen at the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations, which trained me in executive coaching.
Its founding principle is the person–role–system triad personne-rôle-système, which approaches an individual’s professional role at the intersection of their personality and the organization. It separates the person from their role/position and takes into account the systemic constraints imposed by the organization
This is a crucial perspective for me: as a consultant and an executive, I am committed to grounding my work in the operational reality in which my clients operate, in order to offer practical coaching that reflects the multiple challenges and influences experienced at the top of organizations. réalité opérationnelle dans laquelle mes clients évoluent, pour proposer un coaching concret, tenant compte des enjeux et des influences multiples vécues au sommet des entreprises.
My other reference model is H. Brunning’s six domains. It combines psychology and Organizational Role Analysis (ORA – cf. partnerships), encompassing personality, life history, personal and professional experience, perspectives, and the role within the organization. six domaines de H. Brunning. Il combine psychologie et Analyse des Rôles Organisationnels (ORA - cf partners)), englobant la personnalité, l’histoire de vie, l’expérience personnelle / professionnelle, les perspectives, et le rôle dans l’organisation.
How I work ?
I act as a partner, a guide, and a mirror. I draw on my extensive experience in leadership roles.
There is no fixed program. Each session is unique: together, we explore to identify underlying issues, increase self-awareness, and find levers for progress. pas de deux » : ensemble, nous explorons dans le but d’identifier les problématiques, d’accroître la conscience de soi et de trouver des leviers de progrès.
During sessions, I like to use drawing, which helps create distance from cognition and rationality — the usual refuge of leaders.
As a lover of literature and a writer, I pay particular attention to my clients’ words: how they tell their story, the narrative they create for themselves, their inner dialogue. mots de mes clients : la façon dont ils racontent leur histoire, le récit qu’ils créent pour eux-mêmes, leur dialogue intérieur.
