introduced me to <b>systems psychodynamics, <\/b>a discipline I chose to deepen at the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations, which trained me in executive coaching.<br \/>Its founding principle is the <b>person\u2013role\u2013system triad<\/b><b> personne-r\u00f4le-syst\u00e8me<\/b>, which approaches an individual\u2019s professional role at the intersection of their personality and the organization.
